  1. Start by cutting the bottle into two parts by using scissors.
  2. Make sure to cut all the way around of about 2/3 from way up from bottom.
  3. Place the large bottom piece of the bottle on a table.
  4. Then add 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar in the bottle.
  5. Later with the help of a knife chop an overripe banana into fine pieces.
  6. Then add the finely chopped banana into the bottle.
  7. With the help of fork try to mash the banana along with the sugar in the bottle to form a paste like consistency.
  8. Later add ½ cup of warm water over the sugar and banana paste.
  9. Mix well until the ingredients are combined with water.
  10. Adding warm water will rot the banana faster to attract more flies.
  11. Then take the other part of the bottle with the lid and remove the lid.
  12. Invert the smaller piece of the bottle into large piece of the bottle so that neck of the bottle is facing downwards.

  14. Later discard the entire trap in garbage after a week.
